File Transfer Instructions

Mac Users - Or PC Users with FTP software

To facilitate file transfers, it is recommended to use an FTP utility like Fetch.

1. Host: ftp.thunderbirdpress.com

2. User ID: Please contact our customer service department

3. Password: to obtain a user name & password
Account: leave blank

4. Once logged in, you can upload files.

5. E-mail a note to our customer service department at: prepress@tbirdpress.com.

PC Users - Using Internet Explorer

Log on to our Web site at www.thunderbirdpress.com/

1. Select the File Transfer link.
2. From the Menu bar select File | Login As
3. User Name: Please contact our customer service department
4. Password: to obtain a user name & password
5. Select Login button.
6. Upload files directly into this folder.
7. E-mail a note to our customer service department at: prepress@tbirdpress.com.

Please Note:

All files must be compressed. Mac files should be stuffed to “.sit” files. PC files should be zipped to “.zip” files.

Please arrange to submit a printed mock-up or laser print so that we can ensure a correct reproduction of your file.
Send via courier or call us to coordinate pickup.

When you have completed uploading, please e-mail a note to our prepress department at: prepress@tbirdpress.com
